why is it called weebring?

weeb + ring, like webring but with the 'weeb.'

why do you refer to this as a 'hyperring?'

the term 'webring' has actually been trademarked since 2007 and as a way to strike out i figured i should substitute it for something that wasn't trademarked. (join the hyperring movement and start referring to webrings as hyperrings!)

who can join the weebring?

anyone can join if they have an interest in anime/manga (and their other counterparts) and have at least one page related to them on their site.

who can't join?

sites with hentai/adult content and no forewarnings, and also other hyperrings (click for more info)
